The Faith Story
At Faith Church, we desire one thing above all else: to serve and honor Jesus Christ. We are a family who has found lasting hope in Him, and our heartbeat is to share the life-changing power of His salvation with everyone we meet.
"No matter where you are in your journey, we want you to experience the grace and redemption found in the blood of Christ."
Here, you aren't just a visitor; you are a brother or sister in the making. We invite you to find your place in our church as we grow together in His word, support one another in love, and reach out to our community with the light of the Gospel.
Our Journey
From a Meeting Room to a Growing Community
May 2012: The Beginning
Faith Church began as a small gathering with a big vision. Launched by David Osborne and his family, our first services were held in a meeting room at the Hampton Inn here in Wytheville. We knew then what we believe even more strongly now: that the church isn't a building, but a family.
The Present Day
Over the years, God has faithfully expanded our borders. Today, we worship in a 6,000-square-foot facility that has become a home for people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and histories.
What’s Next: Expanding the Table
Our story is still being written. We are currently in an exciting season of expansion as we prepare to build a brand new 9,000-square-foot church and a dedicated Youth Center. These new spaces are about creating more room at the table for the next generation and every person looking for hope in Jesus Christ.
Faith in Motion
At Faith Church, we aren’t just building structures; we are building a family. Our vision is to be a lighthouse of hope in Wytheville—a place where faith is grounded, families are strengthened, and every individual truly belongs.
We are growing in space so that we can grow in spirit, expanding our walls to better welcome yours. This growth isn’t about us—it’s about Jesus. We are currently breaking ground on a new 9,000-square-foot sanctuary and a state-of-the-art Youth Center to serve the next generation.
What this means for you
Most importantly, you are always welcome. Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or looking for a new church home, we're saving a seat for you.
